Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following forms of payment at Volcano2.com: Visa, Mastercard, American Expressl, Check and Money Order.   Please send your checks and money orders to Volcano2.com

Offline Ordering

We accept mail in orders.  You can place your order online and then mail in a check or money order to  Volcano2.com 1844 North Technology Drive Springville, UT 84663. We also take orders over the phone toll free at 888-320-2005.

Shipping Rates and Procedures

Volcano2.com ships all U.S bound package orders via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. Rates are based on current UPS and USPS rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product

Warranty / Guarantee Statement

Volcano2.com – our cook stoves are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against any manufacturing of material defects (excluding paint). During this period of time, manufacturer will correct any defects or flaws associated with your cook stove by replacing or repairing defective parts. Freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Manufacturer will not be responsible for repair or replacement of equipment, which has been misused, abused or altered. This product is warranted to perform as described in its labeling and Volcano 2 Corporation literature. Volcano 2 Corporation disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and in no event shall Volcano 2 Corporation be liable for consequential damages.

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund.  All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all returns require a Return Authorization Number. The customer is responsible for all freight charges back to Volcano 2 corporation. Any returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt.

Return Procedure

Please call us at 888-320-2005 to obtain an Return Authorization.  Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork.  Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued
